Ancient Israel
YHWH ---> Moses (Prophet) + Congregation of Israel enslaved in Egypt ---> Passover lamb slaughtered ---> First Exodus ---> Formation of Israel (God's son) ---> Wilderness ---> God among Israel in the Tabernacle ---> Moses died, Joshua became new leader ---> Entering Promised Land (Canaan)
Israel After Exile
YHWH ---> Jesus (Prophet) + All believing Jews and Gentiles ---> Jesus crucified on the cross, resurrected three days later ---> Second Exodus ---> Formation of the "new" Israel (believing congregation, i.e. ekklesia in Greek, translated as "church" by English translations) at Pentecost ---> Wilderness (the world) ---> God "tabernacled" in believers through the Holy Spirit --> Second coming of Christ Jesus ---> New heaven and new earth (the ultimate promised land)
Modern Israel Formed in 1946
Who and where is the "Prophet" (the anointed God's servant who guides God's people)?
Where is God in the modern Israel when the physical temple is not there (cf. Ancient Israel) and the Jews there are not believers (cf. Israel after Exile)?
Who (Jesus in second exodus) or what (lamb in first exodus) was sacrificed in order to bring forth the formation of modern Israel? The sacrifice must be divinely ordained and pleasing to God. Obviously none in modern Israel's case because nowhere it was divinely ordained by God in the Bible. The ekklesia is the ultimate congregation, God's ordained "Israel" on earth, with Christ Jesus as the Head of this "nation".
Hence modern Israel is just a product of mere human effort.
